Warranty Statement

Products are covered by a limited pro-rated warranty against manufacturing defects. Products must be used in normal application, in the original installation site. Failures caused by wear and tear or extreme weather exposure are not covered under this warranty. Deterioration of metallic components due to corrosion is not covered under this warranty. The term of the warranty is 5-years. This warranty applies to the owner of the installation site, and is not transferable to 3rd parties.

Credit for premature failures shall be applied to replacement purchases at a rate of 1/60 of the actual purchase price for each month of shortfall during the 5-year warranty period. Replacement purchases will be subject to current prices as of the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the purchased Net or Shade components only, with no coverage for consequential damage or losses. Removal and installation cost are not included in this warranty.

Warranty Administration

SunnyCal Solar Inc. has the discretion to update this warranty policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the date of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy when making new purchases.

Customers must notify SunnyCal Solar and request Return Material Authorization. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returned and replacement materials.

This written Warranty Statement represents the full and complete warranty. No other coverage may be applied or inferred. When you make a purchase, you agree to accept the prevailing warranty.
