Return/Exchange:

Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. Any return that is not due to error or defect will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be mailed within 14 days of delivery date or request will be refused. Exchanged items are subject to a 30% restocking fee and any product price difference if applicable.

Place the original receipt inside the return box.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Clearance Items:

All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned and exchanged.
